It might be faulty but for the cost I cannot be bothered sending it back from Spain. Firstly the menu is different from the one being advertised. It works fine with the supplied composite AV cable attached to a Scart plug so I will use that. Struggled to play large MKV files fluidly so maybe not one to stream full 3d files but again not a worry for my son!

This page works best with JavaScript. They are all the same file type and I have tried 3 different harddrives and for all of them, only some of the files appear on the screen.

Well this is possibly the biggest waste of 20 clams ever. These days it's mostly standard mp4s, but when we first got it I tested it with every file format we had - it worked every time. Any reason a MKV file produced from the latest version of Handbrake would crash the player.

My main reason for buying it was to save money and time I would otherwise spend copying home movies and TV shows to DVD for my 83 year old mum. All in all not too bad but at the same time hard to recommend, I won't be sending this back but I formware be looking for something better than this - you certainly get what you pay for.

I believe this is what I researched and noticed in the manual some years ago when I used one with a power-hungry device.

Is this a fault with the Sumvision Cyclone Micro device, or are they only capable furmware loading a certain amount of data? How do I eject memory card from this device? It does some stuff, for not much money. In conclusion, although at first I intended to send it back to Amazon, now I've decided to keep it. It does all it says on the tin and I am happy apart from one thing. I've ordered another for our other TV. I'm kinda embarrassed that I have to explain the procedure to my friend, so that she can enjoy her movie collection.

Hello I have got the sumvision and a iomega hd i have skmvision everything formatted etc but when I plug it into my telly and press on the film the screen goes blank then kicks me back to the main menu then I go to do it sumvlsion and it says no USB any reason why?
